The indoor pool offers stunning views of the river, really relaxing. Parking options are limited and fees can add up quickly.

Stunning river views from the room and great indoor pool with nice scenery. Staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the live music during happy hour. On the downside, the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better, and the parking fee felt steep for the area. needs some attention to details.

The hotel is super close to a variety of attractions like Niagara Falls State Park, which is just a 10-minute drive away, and I enjoyed being within walking distance of some great food spots like Macoretta's and Jaco's Restaurant, plus there were tons of fast food choices nearby; it was also great to have a comfy room with nice bedding and a view of the Niagara River, but I wish the restaurant had more availability for dining because I was looking forward to trying it out.

The view is stunning and really makes you feel alive. The lobby restaurant offers decent amenities like dining and parking.
But seriously, those windows could use some TLC.

The view from my room was absolutely stunning, with the river right outside. The bar served an amazing variety of drinks that made relaxation a joy! I loved lounging in the heated pool while enjoying live entertainment—so much fun!
100% recommend 🥰🌟

The noise from the elevator and nearby rooms was unbearable, making it impossible to sleep. Plus, the lack of housekeeping made everything feel unkempt, and it just left a bad impression.

The property has potential, but it falls short. Check-in was adequate, but the staff’s attitude soured the experience. A concerning incident with a staff member’s inappropriate behavior should not be overlooked. The pool area felt unwelcoming; frigid temperatures made it impossible to enjoy. The location is convenient for shopping and restaurants, and the restaurant offers a decent breakfast. the cleanliness and maintenance were lacking. I found mold in the bathroom, and the room's overall condition was outdated and neglected. Despite a nice river view, the experience was marred by noise and subpar service. This establishment needs a serious overhaul to match its price point. A disappointing choice for a stay.

The initial room we received was small and unclean, with peeling walls and a hard bed. The refrigerator didn’t work, and the bathroom had sugar ants. We moved to another room, which still lacked basic cleanliness. Two bedside lamps didn’t work, and the phone was out of service. Despite requests, our room was not cleaned during our stay, and fresh towels were unavailable. The location was decent, with pretty views from the waterfront, and the staff were friendly, but the overall condition of both rooms made the experience disappointing.

We visited the falls and had a blast at the casinos. The hiking trails around were top-notch, perfect for adventures!
We wished for some more lively nightlife options closer to the hotel for some after-hours fun! .

Comfortable stay, comfortable staff with kind assistance during my boyfriend's birthday celebration and a clean room to unwind after exploring the area.
Couldn't stay longer.

The Niagara Riverside Resort offers a fantastic river view and is conveniently situated near the falls. The room size is adequate, and the staff is attentive. Enjoyed the restaurant, which boasts a lovely riverside seating area. It's a budget-friendly option for those visiting the area.

I really enjoyed my stay with a view of the river which made my love for water even more delightful since everything is just a short drive to the iconic Falls and there are plenty of parks and historical sites like the Battle of Chippawa National Historic Site about 4 km away and Buckhorn Island State Park is less than 2 km from the hotel while various restaurants like Macoretta's just a few steps away and Jaco's Restaurant about a 5-minute walk, plus the hotel itself has comfortable beds and a cozy lounge with a fireplace to relax after strolling around but I did notice that some of the complimentary toiletries were missing and the food service could use a little improvement.

The riverside view was stunning, providing a peaceful and serene backdrop during our stay. The jacuzzi tub was a delightful feature, offering a relaxing experience after a long day of sightseeing in the area. Additionally, the comfortable beds and soft pillows ensured a restful night's sleep.
Our experience at the hotel was disappointing from the beginning. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, failing to address issues such as a malfunctioning coffee machine and the lack of housekeeping services.

The location near the river and the view were great, perfect for enjoying the scenery from the hotel. The restaurant and bar had delicious food, and the staff there were very friendly and helpful. It was enjoyable to relax by the pool, which was clean and well-maintained.
The rooms were small and not worth the money paid. The cleanliness of the hotel was a major issue, with dirty bathrooms and reluctance from staff to clean rooms properly.

The atmosphere was fun and inviting for kids and adults alike. Our room was clean, and the staff was quick to help with any requests.
It wasn't the least expensive option, but it felt justified for what we got.

Beautiful riverfront views are a highlight, especially from the restaurant during breakfast. The comfortable hotel boasts friendly staff and a decent breakfast. thin walls were a major issue; a loud altercation outside my door disrupted my sleep late into the night. Housekeeping was a letdown, and despite confirming for five guests, we were left scrambling for towels and additional space. It’s a great price for the area, with convenient parking and amenities, but be wary of noise and check your room specifics carefully. A lovely spot, yet needs improvements to match its promise.

So many picturesque spots to visit nearby, perfect for my Instagram! The indoor pool was a lifesaver after a day of sightseeing. A delicious breakfast at Bella Vista set me up for the day.

The presence of a refrigerator in the room was convenient, although it was disappointing that it was overfrozen. We also appreciated the extra room and bed for added comfort. there were a few areas that required improvement. We found the lack of a microwave in the room inconvenient, as we had to go down to the lobby to use a public one. The claim of having a heated pool on the website was misleading, as the water was cold and not enjoyable for a swim. the room cleanliness left much to be desired, with the shower and tub covered in hair, and the pool looking dirty. Despite these issues, the staff did try to accommodate our requests, such as providing blankets and addressing issues with the sink and shower. there were instances of unaddressed maintenance problems, like the shower that wouldn't shut off. our experience at Niagara Riverside was mixed, with some highlights and areas in need of improvement. We hope that the hotel takes steps to address these issues.

We booked well in advance and got a great rate at Premier Collection. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a fridge and pod coffee machine. the staff promptly addressed any issue, and the location offered easy access to Buffalo and the attractions of the area. the hotel's amenities such as the pool and fitness center were well-maintained, and we also enjoyed the waterfront patio area with a beautiful sunset view.

I chose Premier Collection for its proximity to Niagara Falls State Park and American Falls. However, the top-notch catering staff pleasantly surprised with their attention to dietary requirements. The expansive riverfront patio at Four Points by Sheraton Niagara Falls was a delightful spot to enjoy classic Italian dishes and relax in the lounge.
Room was small and noisy.

From the breathtaking waterfalls to the exciting casinos and superb dining options, there was something for everyone. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor adventures like biking along scenic trails, taking in the majestic views.
My wife says that stroller-friendly pathways would have been beneficial for families with young children.

Despite the higher price, our stay at this hotel was enjoyable. The friendly staff and clean rooms were a plus, although they didn't quite match the initial picture we saw. The location was convenient, being close to various attractions and offering banquet facilities and a dog-friendly policy.
Our room was a bit dusty upon arrival, with small bath area and run-down furniture. It could have been cleaner, but as we only stayed for two nights and the staff was short-staffed, it was tolerable.
